Ordering Tracts


The Tract Association of Friends publishes a number of tracts, a few books and the Friends Calendar. Ultimately we hope to publish all of our tracts on this web site. Currently all publication are available by ordering through "Classic Mail". The monies we request for our publications simply cover costs.

Tracts available through the mail are printed in a pamphlet or booklet format. These are in a format suited for distribution in a Meeting House or Church.

To order, you can use either our static (pdf) order form or our automated order form. Either form should be printed out and sent to us through the US postal mail to:

The automated form is only intended to help you total the costs of the Tracts you select. It will not send orders through the Internet. After you select the Tracts you desire, you should use your browser's print function to print out the order form on your printer and mail. to the address above.

The automated order form uses a technology called Javascript and may not work on all browsers. If something doesn't work the way you expect, it is probably a problem with your browser or our programming. We hope that using the automated functions in the form will be intuitive. However, we are also including some simple instructions here. You may need to switch between the instructions and the form. Or, you may want to print out the instructions and read them as you use the form.

To use the automated order form, follow these instructions...

  1. Fill out your name and address.
  2. Page down to view the available items.
  3. Locate an item you intend to order.
  4. Under the "Calculate" Column you will see several buttons that control the number of items you intend to order.
  5. Click on the +1 button once for each item you want. The number of items you are ordering will increment under the "No." column.
  6. You can reduce the number of items ordered by clicking on the -1 Button.
  7. If you intend to order more than a dozen of any particular item, you can use the +Doz or -Doz Buttons.
  8. If you prefer you can type in the amount you desire directly into the No. or Doz. Column, bypassing the use of the Buttons.
  9. Do not modify the amounts in the Cost columns. These will automatically adjust.
  10. Once you have selected the items you desire, print out the page using your browser's print function. Because this web site uses frames, the print function may not be obvious. The following instructions may assist you in printing this form.
